5x30 represents our mission to help improve the lives of 5 million employees by 2030. So what do we mean by improving their lives? There are a number of ways we are already achieving this:

Employee Experience

We typically spend half our waking lives at work so our experience as employees has a massive impact on our lives and the lives of those around us. It's why we believe employees come first and we work tirelessly to help organisations provide the best possible employee experience, particularly in the moments that matter.

Productivity

Without productivity there is no growth, without growth there is no prosperity. Sustainable productivity improvements are essential for long term success and we are proud of the work we are doing to help organisations achieve this through solutions like mojo.

Wellbeing

Workplace wellbeing issues seem to be on the rise but too many wellbeing initiatives are focused on after the event triage and support. Our approach is to tackle workplace wellbeing at source and prevent it from happening in the first place. We do this by taking a holistic approach which includes addressing the physical employee experience issues at the same time as improving the motivation of colleagues. 

Resilience

We will all have to face problems at work from time to time. Our ability to deal with them and cope effectively will make the difference, both in terms of the outcome and the impact on our people. We know from our work with mojo that increasing motivation also increases resilience and can stop employees becoming overwhelmed.

Relationships

Empathy and understanding are key to creating better relationships at work. Our unique insight into intrinsic motivation and team dynamics provides the foundation for stronger relationships firstly between employees and their manager and then their team mates and their wider colleague community.

Prosperity

Businesses need success and growth in order for employees to thrive and prosper. This is a win win and the best way to provide financial security and career development for employees. this is an added benefit of our approach and our work as part of the 5x30 mission.
